As the Sri Lankan partner of PAN Localization Project, Language Technology Research Laboratory is developing electronic resources and applications to promote local language computing and Natural Language Processing in local languages. It also shares the responsibility of rising awareness on local language computing among the public of Sri Lanka.
Phase I
In Phase I, we delivered two electronic resources and two commercial grade applications for free for non-commercial use.
Phase II
Phase II will mainly focus on raising the awareness on this field among the public of the country.
